​Ingrid Masson

Engaged in the logistics industry since 1992.

After varsity she started her career on the financial editorial staff of a major newspaper group and later joined the AEF Investments Group where she rose in the ranks to become a director and eventually head up Hauliers Consortium, a major bulk distribution company in RSA.

​Ingrid led the company to win Impumelelo’s Best Female Empowered Transport Business Award and later went on to win CEO Magazine’s Logistics, Shipping  & Transport Section, of South Africa’s Most Influential Women in Business and Government Award.

William Masson

William has over the last 30 years achieved tremendous success as a leader and intrepid  entrepreneur in the logistics industry successfully serving on boards and managing businesses for large listed companies including liquid bulk fuel distribution operations.

He was also the founder of Dispack, now owned by Thyssen Krupp of Germany, has been instrumental in the turn key development and sale of a coal mine and has been part of the successful turn around team for a major JSE  listed company.

William is currently heading up the M4 Energy initiative in Mozambique which entails shipping, storage and multimodal distribution of 58,500 liters of diesel fuel per month in SADEC.

Brian Mlaba

As a team member Brian is passionate about logistics. After tertiary studies he honed his skills in the fuel industry by starting his career in the industry with British Petroleum as a depot trainee manager and subsequently achieving senior management position both at BP Secunda and BP Lesotho.

After leaving BP he demonstrated his capability as an entrepreneur and as Managing Director of AEF Mining where he led the business to win the Best Medium sized ED Project in the Anglo American Group. To demonstrate the weight this carried his face graced Anglo sponsored Bill Boards at the OR Thambo Airport and he received the Award from the CEO of Anglo Group at an event hosted in London.

Brain engaged with AEF subsidiary Haulcon, in 2009 to become a partner in the Idwala Lime Distribution contract. He later entered into a partnership with Marble Logistics and formed Marble empowerment of which he owns 51% thereafter entering into negotiations to acquiring 30% of Marble Vervoer the holding company of Marble group of companies.

Peter Montgomery

Peter has spent the last 20 years in the Supply Chain, and, Information technology and consulting industries.

He brings skills and experience in Long Haul distribution, Electronic Proof of Delivery solutions, Storage management systems and EDI Supply Chain integration, honed as CEO of ISIQHALO SUPPLY CHAINS and Tract Solutions and as Managing Director Super Move Automotive.

Has also successfully implemented his solutions on bulk commodities logistics contracts in the Middelburg and Eastern Cape region that have for example realized the following:

  • Real time visibility of bulk commodity / product management from source to port/client,
  • Electronic proof of delivery,
  • Turnkey integrated systems EDI driven,
  • Bulk Stock management and weighbridge integration,
  • Predictable forecasting,
  • Ee-deployable benchmark for the group
